You even need to take into account the brightness of the road/pavement vs the brightness of the buildings vs the white level/color of the sky, coz if you go too dark or to bright in one or more of these areas, you end up throwing the entire image off. The sky lighting, sky vibrancy, cloud intensity (white level), car body, car windows, chrome and general reflections play the biggest role in getting close to the Uncanny Valley level, far more so than any of the other settings. If anything, the taxi and its reflections are what pull the whole image together. This mod also comes with a lot of options and additional improvements such as: -Improved and added light sources for over 150 models. icelaglace is the original author of the iCEnhancer graphics mod series. Those screens are taken at during the non raining overcast weather and at a very specific time of day and the modder even says in his ReadMe file that you need to download a certain taxi model and then adjust the color and reflections before you can get it looking like his screens. This is just a custom preset for iCEnhancer 3.0 and not a new version of iCEnhancer. My inspiration was the never released iCEnhancer C by Icelaglace. It looks dull with not enough lighting, colors are too dark. This mod aims to make GTA IV more natural, less dark and more vibrant.

I downloaded it direct from your post and installed it on a clean install of gtaIV 1.4 and in the exact same part of the city, it looks nothing like those screens.
